Not the best service this time
Usually delivery and service is good but ordered same day click and collect, didn’t arrive until the following day. Went to store to pick up, the girl couldn’t find it anywhere. Waited 20 mins to be told it hadn’t been delivered and I would get a refund. Told her I’d had an email to say it had been delivered with a picture of it on the counter for her to then suddenly find it! Good job I had confirmation as I’d be waiting a long time for a refund!
