Not Reliable
Booked them to come in the afternoon between 2 and 4 and fix a drivers side window that was stuck down due to the regulator breaking. They ended up not being able to come and called too late for me to find another place to do the work, meaning I’m stuck with the window down and can’t go grocery shopping or out anywhere as it can’t be left in public. As it was a Saturday, also couldn’t get someone to attend the next day, meaning I have to try and take work off Monday to get it fixed (if the car isn’t stolen first). If you have an urgent repair you need doing, don’t trust them to attend, use a different company.
