I chose dentaprime by reading all this…

I chose dentaprime by reading all this good reviews but I was wrong. For the first two appointments they are very interested to get money out from you and after that they will not book you in advance and when you ask for appointment they will give just one time or day with no choice. I was told the day before my appointment is changed to another date. Again the booking team or reception staff are very rude and have no patience. I just went here for a single implant because it seemed a bit cheaper than other places but you will pay all that extra money for travelling etc, and you will come to know it’s not cheap. I was told I will have 3 appointments in total to complete the treatment but this is also not true, there will be 7-8 appointments in total for a single implant. The dentists here are good but they will not give you any feedback after examining your teeth. After the implant in place several times I asked them for appointment and they said will let you know after the healing time but after the healing time they just gave me appointment for next week and no choice which was on the 18/12/24. Then they cancelled it but I lost my train ticket charge which they don’t pay. But they phoned me and said if I cancel they will charge me a fine. Again after that appointment I thought it’s over but no, you have to make several trips to them a total of 7-8 appointments for a single implant. Very poor communication and not everyone considered or treated with respect but they talk to you over the phone when booking appointment as if its a free service!! The service I received when I was over there was good but not over the phone.
