Deceptive business practices. Their website allows you to purchase a scanner and then further down the page it says "When you purchase your FIXD sensor today, you automatically get a two-week trial subscription to FIXD Premium. This upgrade includes information about what repairs will cost you, access to live mechanics to help with questions, and much more. It's just one more way FIXD is helping make care care simpler and more affordable." This is a complete ripoff and if you do not cancel it they will charge you 99.00 a year for life. I let a year go by before I caught it - I am out $99. They do not make it easy to unsubscribe either. These are the worst kind of scammers.
