On Star is too much for the level of unprofessionalism that they show towards buyers. Any relevant questions regarding properties in their sales portfolio are never answered, avoiding all written conversations, demonstrating unfair and untransparent practices. I believe they are trying to organise their own little auction on the properties without adhering to the Consumers Rights Act.
