I have been a heart internet customer…
I have been a heart internet customer for around 15 years. What was once an innovative and competitively priced company with outstanding support is no more. The front end hasn't changed in the 15 years I have been using it and the servers are now slow and unresponsive. Customer service take ages to reply and rarely fix the issue when they do. Emails are unusable with items rarely actually being received by the recipient despite being in my sent items and with no bounce back. This is not an acceptable situation in today's world.
