Excellent Service

The quality of the communication we received was excellent. At no time were we left not knowing what was going on and when the next action was expected. It was made frustrating not by Talbot Law but by others outside our conveyors control. Our thanks to Zara who provided us first class efficient service. We would have no hesitation but reccomend the company and congratulate Zara for her help and understanding to complete a house sale. We have another property we hope you can help us with later in the year.

Terable Apps, untested and Stressful.

Terable apps untested, slow, crashes, hangs up, changes from day to day. Very stressful will not travel with Princess again not because of the ships, service on the ships but being in our 70's this is a step too far. Too complicated with no help from Princess. I am not averse to change or technology but we want a holiday not a frustrating time consuming IT course prior to leaving home and using a phone to see the menus. Why can't menus be put outside the respective restaurant. Could go on but Princess will not listen so we vote with our feet and we were so called Elite passengers.
