Service representatives need better English!
Origin needs customer service representatives who speak and understand English properly. Last time I spoke with Origin I was advised to get some vouchers to bring the cost of my account down before making a new payment plan. After receiving an SMS asking me to set up a plan I phoned Origin to let them know I have to wait at least a week to get an appointment to obtain said vouchers. Unfortunately I had to spend well over half an hour having to repeat myself numerous times so the rep - whose English was barely legible - could understand that I have to wait for an appointment to obtain the vouchers before setting up a new plan. This isn't the first time Origin reps have had difficulties understanding basic English. Origin needs to vet service representatives much better to fix this common problem.
