Doesn't take long for companies, both big and small to start taking advantage of a crisis. Our local Premier store has now joined that ever growing list. Yep, it's toilet paper again!! So, for a small single sized roll. It will cost you £2.50. For a larger single sized roll..........£6.50. The manager of this shop should be ashamed of himself. And when we all do eventually come out the other end of this crisis. We remember the leeches who only wanted to take advantage of a extremely bad situation and stop supporting the small local shop. What is more telling about this blatant exploitation of a soon to be national disaster. Is the fact that the owner and parent company of Premier is Tesco Plc. Make of that, what you will. There is, however another little twist in the tale. When you look around the shop everything is clearly priced with a label that is obviously computer generated and printed. The labels on these particular items are hand written onto a scruffy looking piece of sticky paper. Why is that? Maybe the computer broke and he wasn't able to print a nice neat little label. Or!!! You're going to have to draw your own conclusions as to what else it could possibly be....
