Poor quality softener and bad after sales
This company will not support or service their own installations. I have requested a service as the softener is not working efficiently but after 2 months they still have not sent an engineer out, now I have been left with no alternative but to get rid of this EWT softener and buy another from an alternative manufacture. Would not recommend buying this EWT water softener product.
