I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Weex.com exchange. Due to serious issues on their platform, my entire account got wiped out, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handled the situation. I had placed a proper stop-loss (SL) to manage my risk, but when the market moved, the stop-loss simply did not execute. Because of this failure, my position kept running into loss until my account was completely washed out. This is not a small glitch—this is a major failure in a trading system that users rely on to protect their funds. What’s even more frustrating is their support response. After reporting the issue, I expected at least a proper investigation or compensation. Instead, I received no meaningful help, no accountability, and no compensation for the loss I suffered due to what appears to be a system failure on their side. For any trader, risk management tools like stop-loss are critical. If those tools don’t work reliably, then the platform itself becomes unsafe. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this exchange with my funds. I strongly advise others to be cautious when using Weex.com. Make sure you understand the risks, because if something goes wrong, you may not get any support or compensation.
