First, to the person from Brightside who is responding to people's posts with personal information - you're violating HIPAA policies. Other than saying "we cannot comment on someone, but would love to speak with you regarding your experience", that's it! You're literally setting yourselves up for a lawsuit. Get someone in your marketing department who knows HIPAA compliance and responding to social media posts for crying out loud! (yes, my master's in healthcare administration). Secondly, agree with another review that the site is clunky. I have no idea what the providers would be like so I can't respond to that. But, I booked the appointment, got a text confirming with an option to cancel or reschedule, click on that link and it takes you nowhere. There is no option to cancel. Contacted customer service and they responded, but didn't cancel the appt as I requested and now 2 days later and multiple communications, I just got another reminder for the appointment. I think the issue here is that in the State of California, with subscriptions, you have to make an online option to cancel the subscription if they signed up. They do this apparently by providing the "text" with the option, but then it doesn't work. I'm pretty sure the law was not intended to be an process in futility and should actually function. So, just because I think the platform is really clunky and not well thought-out or drafted by knowledgeable healthcare professionals, I knew it wasn't going to be where I chose to receive treatment.
