I want to start by saying my African experience was all that I dreamed of and more!

I’d like to begin by giving my African specialist, Tom Wilkinson, a full 5 stars. The reason for the overall 4-star rating is due to the first two specialists I worked with, whose lack of communication made the planning stage more difficult, and because the final cost of the trip was significantly higher than the budget I had provided. That said, once Tom took over, everything changed for the better. He went above and beyond to help manage costs where possible and to ensure that our trip was seamless and memorable. The camps, tours, guides, and hotels were absolutely outstanding, and aside from one very minor hiccup (quickly resolved), the experience was exceptional. In the end, it truly was a once-in-a-lifetime journey, and I am deeply grateful for Tom’s dedication, professionalism, and care.
