Returned 3 items from the 4 items I had…

Returned 3 items from the 4 items I had returned them on 21/7/25, it’s now 10/08/25 & I’ve still not had a refund for the items. Email states 10 working days from 28/07/25, which would be 08/08/25. Not good enough. In response to the reply, my email actually says do allow up to 10 working days, not 14. 10 working days would be 08/08/25.
