I was told auto renewal would happen…
I was told auto renewal would happen unless I stopped it. I was then told renewal didn’t happen due to a problem with my credit card. This was not confirmed. Was confused and had to start from scratch. Very painful but not the operator’s fault I guess so gave it 3.
