Their "Pricematch" promise was not fulfilled. I found the exact same product cheaper and informed Home Done who came up with excuses to stall me. I sent them the link to the product on the other retailer's website, which they sent to the "relevant department" to check. I have to say that a child would be able to see that the products were identical. I emailed for an update, but had no reply. I purchased the item from the other retailer, and one week later I have still not had a response! I'm pretty sure this constitutes false advertising. Home Done claim the link in my email didn't work, twice, it worked perfectly, and still does now..
