Perfection!!!
We are a small, but rapidly growing specialised manufacturing business. As our export markets are continually growing, we have searched extensively for the "right fit" with a customs broker/ freight forwarder. We tried a few options, even though we were dealing with professional organisations, and never had a particularly bad experience, we never quite felt like we belonged. We were searching for a flair for personal attention, attention to detail, courtesy and plain ol' common sense in a partner. Coming across GPNS we found exactly that and much more! Dealing with Jenalynn, a logistics co-ordinator at GPNS, has been refreshingly perfect. She is always on point, courteous to a fault, extremely professional, and gets back to us timeously- truly a rare commodity nowadays!!
