Very friendly but could be sharper
Very friendly service. Took a bit of back and forth to work out the best holiday. the approach of paying a deposit before the pricing is finalised is a bit strange - felt a bit like a way to get you locked in (the price went up £4k due to limited room availability). A minor point as well but I didn’t realise our flights were excluding baggage - looking back it was in the fine print but it wasn’t made clear enough for the cost of the holiday in my mind.
