Returning an item is a pain.

Returning an item is a pain, no refund, just a voucher. I use them as a last resort... only because they have stores in London but usually they don't have in stock the items I'm looking for and have to backorder them. I visited the store next to H Cafe recently, Tom is really a nice guy, great customer service there but apart from that, been to 2 other stores and didn't have the same experience. It's usually more expensive than SBS.

Been there on 21st of january to get a tracker, datatag and get an acf50 treatment for my bike. I'm never going there again. I'm surprised the tracker actually works. They just don't care and charge you for 1.5 hours of labour for actual 15 minutes of work. They are just not bothered to do a proper job. They only applied datatag onto 4 panels, saying if they do it on metal is gonna get rust. Acf 50 was applied only in the engine area and forks, in a thick coat and didn't bothered to wipe the excess. They managed to get it on the tyres as well. AVOID FIRST LINE MOTORCYCLES LIKE THE PLAGUE! And don't ask me to contact you. If you want to refund me for acf50 and datatag not done properly you can just call me. You have my phone number.
