I have been with the Carda program awhile now and am very glad I decided to give it a try. The seemingly short period of time tends to fly by, and after the first few days, I felt like I had more energy and could "FLY" ! My Coach, Confidant, and Friend, Kelly Ward is the best. She is very patient and understanding. Kelly is truly concerned with my progress and my well being. After a visit with my Pulmonologist this week, and after a CT Scan, he was able to tell me, and show me on the x-rays, where 35% of my lungs tended to be more accessible to the intake of Oxygen. We are going to give Carda and my Coach Kelly the accolades for this accomplishment. I am working with the Carda Billing office to get my bill down and to be able to continue the program at a lesser cost to me. I appreciate this because I honestly believe Carda is responsible for the increase in my well-being. Thank you folks. Fondly, Henriette Hall and her improving Lungs !!
