I've been really impressed with the service I've received from Charlotte at the Energy Ombudsman. From initial completion of the complaint form to close of my case with a satisfactory resolution has taken around just 6 weeks. The issue with the energy provider had been ongoing for 2 years causing a huge amount of upset and worry. Charlotte dealt with my complaint efficiently; she was kind and informative throughout, and I'm so grateful to her and the Energy Ombudsman for all the help and support I've received.
