Communication!
Only for this recent order. Been ordering humble for several years now and love it. But this recent order took almost 3 weeks could’ve been more if I didn’t contact them. Their reason why was due to Southern California fire. If I was informed by them then I would’ve been fine but I’m here sitting waiting and had to buy another brand of ejuice. After I contacted them they sent it and arrived couple days later. I’m just saying is to notify customers if something wrong with the order due to shipping or anything. Keep us updated. No accommodations after everything too.
