Starting with Ryan Frazier who laid out the company history to instill trust in our decision. My husband and I were home thru the entire installation. The work crew came in and they each had a position and they went to work-very orderly with no doubt they knew exactly what to do and were very polite and respectful. Our crew was top notch as far as we were concerned consisting of: Juan, Alan, Jesus, Kevin, Demond and Dennis: their workmanship was impeccable and so appreciated until the last tarp was rolled up. A++ our decision to go with West Shore Home was not made on a whim-in fact it took literally years! Amazing quality & appearance!!
