Slow To Comprehend
I broke my Lebara SIM card while I was trying to insert into my modem. When I ordered the SIM card I paid $20 for the broadband zand axtivated it. I rang to request to a request a new SIM. I spoke to a lady that was good at speaking English. I contacted them on Monday. They asked asked me questions that were irrelevant. As the days progressed it has become obvious that the SIM card has not been sent but I am still paying broken activated SIM. I have a requested a refund and they sent me an email if the case was resolved. They slow to respond to emails and seem slow to comprehend messages.
