Poor service
We have had a really bad experience with WI - who oversold their product and services They were only interested in getting the “sale” and did not listen to our point of view ie the WiFi coverage difficulties associated with our ( old ) property ; poor customer service eg help desk not open at the w/e - it is extraordinary that a consumer facing technology business does not have a help desk able to deal with technical issues between Friday evening and Monday morning Since installation a month ago we have had 3 major issues - poor coverage through the property requiring hardware upgrades, 2 of which at the time of writing are not working ; a problem with 3rd party apps not working and help desk unavailability- see above
