Beware, hidden charges
As there is no option to choose the time when the insurance starts to then be charged £25.00 to change this is unjustified and downright sneaky. Not a great impression of customer service and professionalism from the start. In response to Sky Insurance I have changed my star rating. If I was giving the option to specify both date and time I would have entered the relevant information. If you check youll find out I returned to the forms in order to change the date. Why would I not Chang the time at the same time as I changed the date! The answer is simple - I was not given the choice! I am adamant about that. I have not spoken with a manager about this. A comment was made by my wife when during your validation process we were asked for an additional £25.00 because of the "policy amendment."
