Damaged ACO drainage channels
I ordered five ACO heavy duty drainage channels. Two were damaged when they arrived. These were replaced but one was damaged. This was replaced. However the item was again damaged but useable. Luckily the job had been delayed due to freezing temperatures. These channels are meant to withstand 12.5 tons. How they can be damaged is beyond me. The cardboard boxes showed no sign of damage so someone must have been super heavy handed in packing them. Better packaging please.
