Sad and disappointed in my once beloved Syder products/customer service!
I will start this by saying I have purchased only Spyder products for years and was very happy. That said, I started a warranty claim on February 17, 2021. First, I will say I do acknowledge COVID it’s effects, and give grace. On March 1st O sent in a jacked. On March 21st I had not heard anything and followed up by email. I received a reply on March, 24, 2021 saying they were unable to repair the jacket and asked that I select a replacement. I responded on the same day. I never received the replacement. I followed up several times with no response. Finally, on June 22, 2021 a different representative reached out to me telling me the option I selected was unavailable. We concluded that I would receive a credit to replace it that I could use free September 1st and was given a code. On September 24th, I tried to redeem the code, which did not work. Again, I reached out several times asking for help and explaining the situation. As of today, 11/2 I have not heard from the company with resolution. I did some research today and see something about a possible chapter 11. I am not sure what changed with this company but I am extreme disappointed and frustrated. It is my hope that this review will help someone else. Best of luck.
