Pay for 2, get 1...
We payed for 4 person, but got a single double room. We tryed to contact Amisol several times every Day. Even in the hotell, but we are totally ignored. 3.time we are traveling with amisol, and there has been something wrong every time. First time, they fixed it after 4 day (witch ruins the vication on 6 days - originally 7, but one day is lost with travel. We arrive at night.. Usually delayed, and we leave early on the 7. Day) We love Sharm El Sheik, but Amisol is nothing i would recomend to anyone! Its Just Sad.. 3 ruined trips, and after paying more than 5000 $ we should be able to get some confort. Or atleast be heard. So if your thinking of traveling with amisol remember you will not get what you pay for. Dosnt matter if you have the reservation that says that you payed for 4 People (we are only two, but we payed for 4 to get bigger room. I expected that you should atleast get 4 beds! I saw your answer here, but i cant reply, so im adding on this review i sted. We have talked to amisol here on the hotell first day. He told me he would help us, but we never Heard from him again. We Even wrote you the complain on Facebook, and explained everything, and the answer we got was a thumb down. How Professional is that? This is the first respond we have actually gotn from you, and we have writyen to you two times a day! We are going to take this the legal way now, cause we have your answer s in writing, and its almost funny to see how you answer your paying guest. And how you ignore us afterwards. Just write you say.. We write, and talked to amisol here in person, but NOTHING ever happen. And now there is one day left on our vication.
