The staff are wonderful, notifications are excessive
The staff are wonderful. I haven’t found a need for the support person given the providers are all so helpful and thorough. The scale is large. It’s hard to have out in my very small house. Form sends too many notifications for upcoming appointments. For one appointment you get a reminder from the app, the support person, an email and you have to go in to confirm on top of all of the notifications. That’s 8 times I have to go in to address an appointment on the weeks I see the nutritionist and provider.
