The agency might be fine, we might just be unlucky with a bad landlord

Update: After leaving the 1 star review from below, we have been contacted by the property manager who was able to help fix some of the broken stuff which is detailed below. We have been told that the reason for the late repairs and cleaning was a problem in communicating with the landlord and them not approving the works. As of today (2 and a half months in the tenancy) there are still some minor things left that need fixing but I hope they'll get done now that the holidays are over. Original: My wife and I have moved in the past month to one of this agency's property and it's completely unacceptable how the property was left for us to move in and how the agency is (not) responding. We've been waiting to have the broken and unusable furniture removed from our flat for 3 weeks. They said "professional cleaning" will be done prior to our move, but... grimy appliances, we got loads of dust/dirt bags off the carpets and even the mattress. Mould on curtains, rubbish left at the property, fixtures fallen off the walls, shower broken. We have even discovered a moth infestation as carpet is eaten off and found loads of moths in the flat. Been said loads of times "we'll get it sorted next day", "X will call you by the end of the day to fix this asap". We have even proposed to fix ourselves some of the problems in the flat and get reimbursed for that (since it was their job to leave the flat in good working order). The property was overall left to us filthy. At this point I wonder if they even care, besides the money of course.
