Difficult to claim and rude staff
AVOID like the plague!!! They spend time flagging honest negative reviews! How Unprofessional! Wish I could score them ZERO stars! Generally uninterested agents who are passive aggressive with very poor customer services. Arduous and painful claims process and You’re almost made to feel criminal when claiming. Not the best policy on the market even their so called top tier elite cover. I do NOT recommend and advise all to carefully shop around for far more better deals. Market is a washed with them. Also be warned about their £250 excess fee per claim. This meant my policy was in effect useless as the excess per claim surpassed the policy total per annum itself . I was left with no option but to cancel after six months, even though I had the highest level of cover. Shame on this company and its horrendous staff and stringent claims process. I Do NOT recommend.
