Wait time on line was brief, less than a minute. Customer Service Officer (Naz) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She also helped in navigating the App to see the energy plans post 1 July and explained the two available start dates (1 July or end of current plan date). Appropriate plan was selected. Great customer service!
