Frustrating
QR code gets sent to your email and you’re told to scan that. How do you scan a QR code on your phone from your phone camera?! Finally managed to install the eSIM on my phone, but then the eSIM and pack I’d been assigned isn’t showing in the app. Customer service in the app is totally unresponsive.
