Worst experience at any University I have ever attended! The financial department is apparently completely understaffed, undertrained or the University is holding student funds for extended periods of time for their own financial gain. Whatever the reason it is inexcusable. The staff does not care about the students and the financial department is not responsive. You can’t get through on phone lines and they claim they have high number of emails so that is why it takes so long to get a response. Their responses are nothing but excuses. My class is over in 2 weeks and they still have not posted my financial aid to my account or issued my refund so far in 8 weeks.
