Nobody answers anything
Been trying to reach anyone at Travelocity for going on three days to cancel a flight. Their website won't let me do it on line, their phone just says "we are experiencing technical difficulties, please call back later" for over 48 hours and their customer service chat just ends up telling you to call. I also purchased the cancellation insurance. Garbage customer service. As a long time customer, I am done.
