Bad financial handling/miscommunication
recently had surgery at central hospital sharjah and was extremely disappointed with their financial handling. At the time of admission, I was required to pay an advance, which they assured me would be adjusted as part of my co-payment. However, even after continuous follow-ups since November, no refund has been issued. Every day, I was given vague promises that "the amount will be refunded soon," but it's now December, and nothing has been resolved. Their lack of transparency and delay in returning the amount feels like an intentional act to withhold money. This experience has left me questioning their integrity and commitment to patient care. I urge the hospital to stop playing with patients' trust and resolve such matters professionally and promptly.
