A quickly rectified situation
My order was cancelled but this was quickly rectified by Fiona. She was quick to reply to my query and questions. As soon as I resubmitted the order she passed it through for me and let me know it had been sent. I was very grateful of the help and support I received for what could have been a stressful situation. Thanks Fiona you went above and beyond :-)
