Mixed experience on recent flight

The premium economy cabin was nice with good spacing between seats, but I was disappointed with the limited meal options for dietary restrictions. Had to request a special meal which took forever to arrive. The amenity kit was decent though, and the priority boarding was smooth. Service felt a bit rushed during the busy meal periods.
