Not quite what I expected
While these knives are sharp, they feel lighter than I prefer for serious cooking. The handles are comfortable but the overall build quality seems inconsistent - some feel solid while others feel a bit cheap. They work fine for basic tasks but I wouldn't recommend for heavy-duty use.
