The delivery experience is a joke
The delivery experience is a joke - can't give time slots for delivery, no expected time of arrival, driver drops a ton of sand on our drive without even knocking the door (we were in) and blocked our gate access as a result. Same driver, when challenged, said he didn't have to knock on the door, Manager said he would look into it and would phone me back. No such phone call was ever received. Travis Perkins was the completely opposite service. Won't be going back to Huws & Gray Stafford.
