Customer Service (WHERE?)
Contacted customer service regarding an issue with my solar panels.Was advised that a call out would be 1 to 2 weeks,which was acceptable.Got a call on the day of electricians visit to be informed it was cancelled and it would be another 2 weeks before he would arrive…now 4 weeks.At this stage I asked to speak to a supervisor as this in my opinion was unacceptable.. not available but would return my call within the hour.That was over a week ago and no contact on any level since then. I would steer well clear of this shower.
