I ordered three seat covers for my couch. Because of how it was constructed, they didn't work for me. I needed the one piece lounger cover. When I contacted Soothing Home for how to return them, they offered to send me the one piece cover at no cost. I received it and it works wonderfully. I got it to protect leather from the dog, and she loves the feel of the material!
