We bought our vacation club membership in November 2018. You wont believe it but this is the 1st time we managed to use it from 26th to 30th Aug. It was forced usage or we lose the points. Besides C-19 in 2020 til 2022 we never could get any of the properties available. The worst is you actually have to call their call center to book. In todays age of the internet their app is only for points check and to see where their properties are. It is a terrible experience. All I can advise is DONT fall in the trap and ever buy it. Let the sales person talk as much as they want, just run. Use your money for your own holidays. The company is all for their own benefit and nothing for the consumer.
