Had a great experience in Greggs Cheltenham high street store this morning. Lovely assistant called Kim served me . She gave me great advice with regards to my Greggs App. I was placing an order for a breakfast baguette and she asked if i wanted to take advantage of the drink deal. I asked how it would work as i had a free drink on the app. She explained the best deal to go for ,showed me how to disable the free drink for this sale so that i could save it for a future purchase as the meal deal was better value and saved me using up a free item that i didnt need to . Above and beyond to help the customer and a credit to your company. Thank you Kim
