UNTRUSTWORTHY & INCOMPETENT & WITHHOLDING MY MONEY
Switched from EConomy Energy back in July. Final statement received in credit for the sum of £287. Customers services failed to action my refund twice! I have been receiving conflicting information that I would have my money within 10 working days, last week that increased to 28 days, today they cannot tell me any timescale! I raised a complaint over two weeks ago with no response. Phone call after phone call and still I get the same response “there’s a backlog” Basically I am no further forward now than I was back in July. They way they treat their current and past customers is truly barbaric. Costumer service is shocking, how they can continue to trade is beyond me, they have terms and conditions to adhere to and already way in breach of this. OMBUDSMAN is the only way forward.
