STAY AWAY FROM SIXT IN VENICE if you want to have a good holiday/trip. VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE. LEFT ME IN TEARS. The colleagues at Sixt Venice, treat you like as if you’re a ‘nobody’ and try to maliciously fool you because you’re not ‘Italian’. The skinny man at reception was the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever met in my life. He was exceptionally RUDE, was SHOUTING at me when I asked him for help. And ontop of that, he had the audacity & was SWEARING at me in English and Italian. He said he ‘couldn’t do anything’ to help me when I paid for a car for 2 weeks and he decided to give OUR CAR to another customer !!! Can you believe this ?! He was trying so scam me in paying for another car when my contract is confirming to collect a car today. I was SHOCKED at what I was being told. and told me to leave and ‘buy a phone’ when I asked if he could call for help. Disgusting behaviour ! Tried to mug us off and tell us to pay for another car. When we paid for our rental!!!!! Very stupid man and so is the guy at the back of the door who is was hiding to avoid helping us. What kind of people are they with lack of skills and professionalism. Where did they get this job and training from ? A SHOE BOX??? They can happily accept your money but treat you like garbage. Sack them ASAP!!!!
