I had a complicated situation to resolve and I really needed sensitivity. The operator I spoke to was Julie and she was so helpful and understanding. She made the process so painless and I have had a day of a tiny few making it unpleasant but, not Julie at Anglian Water. What might you change? Make the phone number more obvious on the website.
