Michael Thomas from the Camberley office was the agent responsible for sourcing our new property. Although Michael's mandate was with the seller, he provided us with exceptional customer service by consistently keeping us up to date with any progress. Michael even went the extra mile to chase relevant parties along the entirety of the chain therefore doing some of the work of our own agents. We believe that had it not been for Michael, we would have had breaks in the chain and therefore lost our desired property. Furthermore, our conveyancers didn't explain to us where in the legal process the delays occurred and why. Michael was at hand to explain these to us in lamens' terms. Michael is a very good ambassador for Waterfords and his professionalism is a blueprint for what a good estate agent conduct should look like.
