I called Life Assure to change the first person to contact during a medical crisis, while I was out of town. When I returned I called again to have Life Assure put my name back on their list as the first contact. However, the information given for my absence had not been registered. No crisis occurred while I was away but it made me wonder how things would have turned out if a crisis had been called in. I was encouraged that Life Assure called me back to make sure that they made the correction for contact person after I pointed out the failure to record the original change of contact.
